Refund & Return Policy

At EventDome, we strive to provide a seamless experience for event organizers, attendees, artists, and vendors. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent refund and return policy across our services. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our refund and return guidelines.

1. Ticketing Solutions Refund Policy
  • Refund Eligibility: Ticket refunds are subject to the event organizer’s refund policy. Some events may allow refunds, while others may have a strict no-refund policy.
  • Cancellation by Organizer: If an event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund, including service fees.
  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
  • Transferability: Some tickets may be transferable to another person if permitted by the organizer.
2. Event Planning & Management Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Before Event Execution: If you cancel your event planning services:
    • More than 30 days before the event: 75% refund of the service fee.
    • 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of the service fee.
    • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund is available due to pre-allocated resources.
  • Changes to Scope: If modifications to the agreed event plan lead to additional costs, these will be communicated and charged accordingly.
3. Event Hosting & Organizing Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • If EventDome cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
    • If the client cancels, refund eligibility will be determined based on contract terms.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Some hosting services require an upfront deposit, which is non-refundable once planning begins.
4. Concerts & Shows Refund Policy
  • Ticket Refunds: Follow the same policy as the Ticketing Solutions section.
  • Event Cancellations & Postponements: If a concert or show is canceled, a full refund will be issued. If rescheduled, attendees can request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement.
  • Artist Cancellations: If an artist cancels, and the event continues with a revised lineup, refunds may not be issued unless the organizer offers this option.
5. Artist Support & Promotion Refund Policy
  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and branding services, refunds are generally not available once a campaign has been initiated.
  • Service Modifications: If changes are requested mid-campaign, additional costs may apply.
  • Failed Deliverables: If a service is not delivered as promised due to EventDome’s fault, a partial refund or credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
6. Conference Planning & Management Refund Policy
  • Attendee Refunds: Conference ticket refunds are subject to the same terms as general ticketing policies.
  • Event Cancellation: Full refund for attendees if the conference is canceled by the organizer.
  • Organizer Cancellations: If an organizer cancels a planned conference with EventDome, the following refund policy applies:
    • 30+ days before the event: 75% refund.
    • 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
7. Festival Management Refund Policy
  • Festival Ticket Refunds: Subject to the festival organizer’s terms. If canceled, full refunds are processed automatically.
  • Vendor Refunds: Vendors who cancel their participation:
    • 30+ days before the festival: 80% refund.
    • 15-30 days before the festival: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the festival: No refund.
  • Organizer Cancellations: If EventDome cancels its festival management services, a full refund will be issued.
8. Custom Corporate Event Solutions Refund Policy
  • Pre-Event Cancellation:
    • More than 30 days before the event: 70% refund.
    • 15-30 days before the event: 40% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
  • Postponements: If an event is postponed, fees can be transferred to a new date within 6 months.
9. Merchandise Store Management Refund Policy
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Exchanges are available for defective products only.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page with the following details:

  • Order number or ticket ID
  • Event or service name
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)
Processing Time
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Merchandise returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the item.
